Breakdown

Your first 60 minutes step by step

You arrive early. The coach meets you where you are. No assumptions, no shortcuts — just precision from the opening bell.

Check in early

Thirty minutes before class, you walk through the door. Studio tour, equipment fitting, a brief word with your lead coach about what's coming.

Hand wrapping

Learn the Mayweather way to wrap your hands. Maximum wrist protection, maximum knuckle support. This is how champions do it.

Warm up

Five to ten minutes of active movement. Blood flows, joints loosen, your body prepares for what comes next.

The circuit

Heavy bag intervals, floor-based strength drills, metabolic conditioning. Rotate through each station with purpose. This is where the work happens.

Breathable athletic wear

Moisture-wicking fabrics keep you dry through every round.

Cross-training shoes

Indoor-only footwear with proper arch support and grip.

Water and towel

Bring a bottle. Filtered stations are here. Bring a towel.

What is the CORE membership?

Do I need boxing experience?

No. Our coaches teach the six basic punches — jab, cross, hook, and uppercut — during your first session. You learn as you go.

Is there sparring or contact?

No sparring. No person-to-person contact. This is fitness only — heavy bags and functional equipment. Pure work.

How many calories burned?

Most participants burn between 500 and 1,000 calories per 60-minute session. Your effort determines your result.
